Safety and Quality well this is where the crib falls a bit short I will say the quality is pretty much a half step better than what you d find at Ikea It uses the same assembly screws and pieces instructions often had mistakes The drawer at the bottom much like the drawers on the changing table are a thin board on the bottom super flimsy They do not glide that well in fact this is the worst part about the furniture The outer frame is pretty good construction Adjusting the height of the mattress is going to be a big pain in the arse given the way the box spring is attached to the frame
Overall the crib looks like it will do an ok job We re 2 weeks from the big day so I guess I need to wait and see the ultimate test In the end I hope this crib lasts for our next child but I give it a 50/50 chance So if in the end I have to buy another crib then perhaps paying the extra bucks for a high end crib would ve made sense assuming the construction quality is that much better and would last multiple children

Delta Enterprise Dakota Convertible Crib Cider >> Very satisfied solid crib for the money We bought this crib for our new granddaughter after seeing it in on display in a major baby retailer Fit finish is very good for the money Assembly was challenging at times we had one issue where the holes in the front rail didn t align quite right so one of us had to put all of our weight on top while the other angled the bolt into the threads but once we got it started it went together okay Very solid doesn t move around at all The changing table bin and trundle drawer are a nice touch and the bed is convertible Looks every bit as good as some of the crib only beds that cost twice as much Our daughter and son in law loved it >> not bad more confident than the storkcroft We bought this combo crimb set up during that whole storkcroft recall period One of the main reasons for purchasing was that there were no sliding rails in the crib area Its sturdy it really takes about 2 people to safely put some of it together so you dont risk breaking anything I haven t gone thru any of the conversion processes but as for a changing table and crib it rocks
The only weird thing so far is the crib rail baby padding for the side walls/rails of the crib the baby taz/looney tunes one we bought happens to tie at the middle and ends of each side the back side corner near the changing table/shelves area is made such that you cant tie something around it easily so we had to do it one rail shy of the corner and thus it has a kink/crease in it near the end But the padding still sovers and protects from the rails

We bought this crib and it seems fine so far took about 1 5 hours to assemble which included 20 30 minutes of removing various warning labels but the box we received called it the Bella Baby Sonoma According to Google the crib under the name Bella Baby Sonoma is sold through Shopko so if you live in the vicinity of one you may want to check that option as the Shopko website listed the crib for 280 and it s currently on sale for 240 Shipping was wonderfully quick about 4 days when local furniture stores were telling us their cribs would take 6 8 weeks to arrive
One other note the espresso side rails don t exactly match color wise As my wife pointed out they ll be underneath a bedspread and not held directly to the light but for people who must have a perfect match the dark chocolate finish of the bed is darker than the espresso side rails we received

The crib arrived VERY well packed with foam wrap around all the wooden pieces and thick Styrofoam around the outside edges for perimeter protection The front of one drawer had a couple of tiny blemishes but there wasn t a single scratch on any other piece and the finish on every part was uniformly perfect When built the final result is quite a bit larger than you might expect but you really feel like you got your money s worth
For me the only drawback was that Sorelle doesn t make a Tuscany dresser to match A matching toy box would be cool too

This is a great crib for the price It arrived quickly and I was able to assemble it by myself in a couple hours while 7 months pregnant I didn t have any trouble with broken or damaged parts like some of the other reviewers did even though the box looked pretty beat up when it arrived The bottom of the trundle drawer is a little flimsy but works fine for me since I only intend to store clothes in it I wouldn t recommend using it to store anything heavy though The crib comes with rails to convert it into a toddler bed and it can also be converted to a full size bed later if you purchase a bed frame Keep in mind that it doesn t have a drop side if that s something you re looking for Overall I m very happy with this crib Obviously the materials aren t going to be as high quality as a 400 or 500 crib but it s sturdy and doesn t look cheap
